The event will take place at the Leonardo Royal London St Paul’s.

The hotel is centrally located in London, a 3-minute walk from St. Paul's Cathedral and a 3-minute drive from the Tower of London. It is 1.3 mi (2.1 km) from the London Eye and 1.5 mi (2.4 km) from Tower Bridge.

The Conference is taking place from 9th to 11th June 2025 in London.

The main conference takes place on 10th - 11th June. The Conference theme is Keeping our Humanity in the World of Digital Assessment, placing the user experience at the centre of the discourse surrounding the use of technology to improve learning and assessment.

There are three events taking place on Monday 9th June: The National Examinations Roundtable (an invitation-only event), the Workforce Roundtable and the AI Symposium.

The International e-Assessment Awards Gala Dinner takes place on Tuesday 10th June, celebrating innovation and creativity in the industry while you enjoy a 3-course dinner, awards ceremony and key note presentation.

The dress code is business casual.

Dietary requirements were requested at the time of booking, including vegetarian, vegan, or any allergies.
