
Vincent Folny is the manager of Innovation in the Quality and Expertise Unit of France Education International's Evaluation and Certification Department. He has over 20 years experience working in the field of language assessment across Europe, Africa and North America. He is the elected chairman of the Standing Committee of ALTE (the Association of Language Testers in Europe). This committee audits language examinations across Europe and awards the ‘Q-mark’ quality label. Vincent Folny specialises in French language assessment and measurement (psychometric expertise). Over the past four years, he has extended his expertise to include the automated assessment of written production (TCF, Test de Connaissance du Français), the constitution of productive skill corpora and the validation of the reliability, validity and fairness of AI classification tools.
