Any organisation can enter the awards, but we look particularly for submissions that demonstrate how a project has had a material impact on learners, teachers and educational institutions. To this end, if you are a commercial supplier, then ensure that your customers’ and end-users’ voices are forefront within your submission, you may also want to consider partnering with a customer for your submission.

We welcome applications where there has been a successful change to a process with demonstrable benefits, not necessarily associated with the use of a specific product; or where a new approach to implementation has seen a marked improvement in the assessment of skills and knowledge.
The project could have been for any scale and we welcome submissions from schools, colleges, employers, private training organisations, awarding organisations, corporates or Government departments.
We particularly welcome applications supported by testimonials from learners, administrators and assessors in support of the application.

It is important to remember that your submission MUST fully address all the criteria for the category being entered. 3. Impact on Audience
The judges will be particularly interested in understanding how your submission has positively impacted on the audience being addressed through your project – for example through enhanced pedagogical practice, improved learning and/or assessment outcomes or reduced workload.

- If your project covers more than one category you can submit a project for more than one award. If you submit for more than one category please make sure that you pick the categories that best align to your solution.
- If you do submit for multiple awards, please make sure your submission answers all the questions appropriate to the criteria for each award, don’t just use exactly the same text.
- If you have submitted before but have been unsuccessful, please consider resubmitting for the 2025 awards. For example, it may be now that you have now delivered the project you have more data on success, or have extended the project to cover other areas.
- If you are a technology vendor do support your customers with their awards submission (it’s free for them), or do a joint submission.
